1 The high efficient extruder with the features of high speed extrusion and high efficient
plastication.
2 Shielding double-pipe mixde ppr specialized screw is applied and the cylinder has channels in it.
3 Being equiped with the new twice split-folw mold.it has the advantage of low temperature and
low pressure extrusion. Water film type diameter setting cover guarentees high speed production
of plastic popes.
4 Contrulled by the PLC program. this production line has a good set of human-machine interface.
5 Customer can choose to assembled label extrusion unit to product pipes with colored label.it can
also produce PE pipes by changing mold.
